Why can shipping take longer than usual?
Since we have a plethora of products a large majority of our inventory is made to order, as it is harder for us to maintain on-hand inventory due to various product quantities and demands.
Once an order is placed, our manufacturer starts gathering the materials. They print the designs on our heavyweight cotton materials. Sew on the custom size labels and ship them out to our warehouse. This process is the reason most orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
Once delivered to our team, the warehouse sorts and packs every order by hand for delivery to you!
Why haven't I received any order updates?
We send out approximately 2-4 order updates before your order arrives. If you haven't received a confirmation email or any other update please check your spam folder. If you still don't see anything, contact us!
Let's make sure we have your information correct, if we need to resend any information we will.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 14-21 days. If an absurd amount of time has passed and you haven't received anything please contact us and we will check the status for you!
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! If you need to change your size, color, quantity or any information regarding address, apt # etc.
Email us as soon as possible, if over 72 hours has passed since your order was placed. It may be unlikely to make any changes if the order has already been processed.
How can I request a refund/cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within a 72hr period from ordering. If this time period has passed, it may be unlikely for us to stop it from processing further.
If you'd like a refund for your order, please send us an email stating the order # and the reason you'd like a refund. We accept most refunds if its within reason.
If there is any flaws with your order, please include this within your email so our team can take note of the issue.
What do I do if my order came incorrect?
In the rare case that you received your order, and the contents was not what you ordered.
We can give you store credit to fix our mistake and do our best to expedite this order for you. This doesn't happen often, but when it does we fix it immediately!

Do you accept returns?
We don't require you to return your orders to us, it's much easier for us to refund or give store credit rather than deal with logistics.
This ensure issues get solved promptly. In order to start this process, please email us with an accurate description of your circumstances.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting our tracking page
Type in your order number that you received in your confirmation email and the email you provided us with.
This will show the orders current state. Or, once you recieve a tracking number with our logistics partner and you are able to follow that instead.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update/process within our logistics system.
If an absurd amount of time has passed, please email us so we can verify the status of your shipment.
